Answer to OP: NONE. It is really annoying and another nail in the coffin of my decision to dump chase CPC.

Used to be free for CPC but as noted above Chase is phasing out. We were forced to clear out boxes at 2 different branches in SF area. Was told off the record that they had lost track of the boxes and had a few incidents where boxes were opened that shouldn't have been (this was reported in local media as well).

Unfortunatly all other banks in the area are impacted as well making it tough to get a box.

Some non-bank options are better than others. Unfortunatly some of the best are in Zurich and Singapore, not so convenient for USA customers. Here's an example of one that didn't work out well for customers:
