I went to The House at the end of September, and found it better than the QF Biz lounge that I'd been to a couple of weeks previously. No a la carte, but a pretty good buffet (not many options, but what was there tasted good). Also a staffed bar with sparkling wine available. As I understand it, The House was built as an Etihad lounge, so the hard product is better than a lot of third-party lounges. Given the proximity to the BA gate, I'd head for The House again next time over QF Biz.
