I would suggest you pick up a physical IIJMIO or similar at the airport or local BIC camera/yodobashi when you arrive, if you need a physical sim.
they sell the iijmio physical sim at the Keisei travel center office at NRT, there’s a sign at the line entrance, but it’s only in 3 and 5gb flavors iirc. I haven’t seen what they have at yodobashi yet
