On the CashPlus page on Morgan Stanley's site, references to Access Investing have been removed as an eligible account to waive the monthly fee. This does not appear to have made it into the Disclosure Statement yet which was updated at the beginning of this month.

Checking the WayBack Machine the links to Access Investing were still there at the beginning of the month.
