Quick addendum: Received a nice note from a hotel manager in response to review through Hyatt. There are USB plugs in the room that I apparently missed.

I didn't really use the wi-fi, so can't comment on that. I don't have bad memories of the shower/water pressure, for what that's worth.
I've booked another short work stay.
