tube LHR to S Ken Thu about 5p, too crowded for luggage?
I don't mean large suitcases, but shoulder-strap luggage...bigger than a breadbox though. Isn't the rush hour crowd mostly going in the other direction? I'm getting off at S. Kensington, maybe that's before the worst of it?.

(I realize most people here are top-tier flyers who are met by company limousines, but I thought it was worth a try!)

PS By the way, is New Year's Eve 12/31 a holiday in the UK?
