You mean you asked them to try Z and I [and they were both available]? I don't think J will help - it's the highest level so if I/Z were available but still cause a reprice you're probably out of luck. I rearranged our last flights about a month ago, made sure I was available and didn't have issues. Of course now the Wife's work have thrown a spanner in the machine so I may have to try again. Certainly want to get the XPs if I can.
