Hi all!
I have a domestic AA booking which I booked whilst I was still OW Ruby with BA, but have since reached Sapphire. However, it hasn't seem to update on AA's systems, and despite contacting their customer support many times, they keep asking me to refer back to BA (which I did, but they tell me to go back to AA)? What should I do in this situation? Has anyone encountered a similar situation?

You essentially need to remove your BA number from your booking then add it back. The response you're getting from AA is garbage. Just call AA and ask them to remove your BA number then add it back as your status has changed.
