No.

Aer Lingus have not yet completed what they need to complete to implement this. I know this because I saw them hiring for Transatlantic Joint Venture roles very recently (one or two) plus I discussed it briefly with an Aer Lingus employee back in July.

Nothing has happened yet, and they are not part of the JV though they are approved to be. They are moving at a glacial pace, but it will come as they are actively working on it. When it will come? My guess is it will be at the start of the summer 2023 schedule (late March 2023). If it's not then, it'll be at the start of the next winter schedule, which is October 2023.

Until then, we wait. I'd fly Aer Lingus a lot more if I earned TPs in the Executive Club on all services.
