I think the bottom line is expect to need to wear a mask and be happy if you don't.

I had mixed experiences with Iberia around 2 weeks ago - but they at least seemed keen on the 'window dressing' of people wearing a mask as they entered the plane. There was a definite 'class divide' in handling onboard - was completely left alone in longhaul business once sat down versus regular prompting in shorthaul economy (which was IB express, not sure if that makes a difference too).
