No suggestions for you other than to bring your own food. I was surprised, too, to see that there were no special meal options available via the website and app (I have not as of yet called in to ask) on my upcoming YVR-CDG flight, especially as for the return, which is CDG-YYZ, I was able to select a VGML meal. I have not seen this before in business class on a airline I have flown in recent years. I am more surprised to learn that a Kosher meal cannot be ordered, which suggests that on certain flights no special meals can be ordered.

I generally find the special meals I order on any airline to be underwhelming so always have a pretty decent amount of food with me and have had more than one FA point out that I am smart to eat my own food rather than what was catered!
