Yes -- I have had this at a prior company that had a corporate deal with DL. It was great because at the time I was returning to the workforce from getting my MBA so had lost my status and it enabled me to have exit row seating until I regained my Silver --> Gold --> PM status.

Baggage was also waived (although irrelevant because could've expensed it out even it it wasn't waived) but the exit row was nice since paying for economy extra legroom seats was not covered by policy
