Of the 2, I would choose The House. The Qantas business lounge is pretty poor imo with its soft drinks all being from dismal postmix dispensers. Also The House is closer to the departure gate than the QF lounge

Personally, I would also target getting to airpor after lunch, t closish to departure time and minimising time sat in an airport.
