How to "force" KL/DL itinerary onto "My Trips"
(sorry if this has already been answered.)
Flying on a full KL-coded itinerary. The last two flights - MXP-JFK and JFK-LAX are on DL metal. It's in PS and C+ if that's relevant to anything.
When I log into DL.com and go to "My Trips," I can't see that itinerary displayed. When I use "TRIP FINDER" with the KL booking code, it finds and displays it reserved seats and all. But when I log out and log back in again it doesn't display the trip unless I go through the rather cumbersome "TRIP FINDER" process again.
Is there any way to ensure this trip is always displayed when I log in? I'm concerned about DOD when I'll probably need to log in and find the itinerary quickly.
