LGA: wonderful!
The AA employees at LGA this morning were wonderful!
The ticket agent gladly put me on the standby list for one flight; the Admirals Club agent put me on the list for another; and the gate agents cleared the standby list and called my name when I had already started down the jetway and upgraded me.
I gave a “great service” certificate to the Admirals Club agent but didn’t have time to give one to the gate agent.
I’ll send a note of thanks to AA.
