We are visiting Vietnam on Sunday 06th of November. We’re flying from GOT via IST onto HAN. As I understand it, all Covid restrictions have been dropped and we only need a Visa. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, we are flying home via TPE on the 26th, do they have any restrictions we need to keep in mind? It’s just a transit but again, wanting to make sure. Thanks for your help!
