How do you get these appreciation certs? I haven't gotten any from AA in several years now, even pre-COVID. I had a whole bunch left which I gave to one FA on my recent JFK-LHR flight. I thought it was a good crew and I think she went above and beyond. I also sent a note to AA customer relations with flight details to pass along the kudos.
