Grand Hyatt Goa - Two night stay - October 2022 - King Room facing the Pool - Used Free Night Awards

I have stayed in many Grand Hyatts around the world, but this one was pretty impressive.

Transit: I easily found my car and driver at the GOI airport, which was a bit of a mob scene over Diwali but that is part of the fun.

Reception/Check In: The property was completely full for Diwali, so I had about a 45 minute wait to get to my room but they knocked themselves out to make me comfortable, explain the ton of dining and local touring options, and kept me hydrated. I don't know if that was because I am a Globalist but I like to attribute more of it to genuine Goan hospitality. .

The property is massive - spread across seven buildings facing the Bay of Bambolim. It was finished 11 years ago, per the staff.
