Exec Platinum upgrade to Flagship business
Looking at MIA to LAX booked in Economy. I have had the upgrade to first on a connecting flight booking but there are a few non-stop flights that offer Flagship business and First. Do the upgrade rules apply to Flagship as they do on "regular" flights?
