Changing Flex Fare After Confirmed Upgrade
Apologies in advance if this can be searched, hoping I can get fast answers to the following before trying to call. I have a confirmed flight YOW-YYZ-YVR tomorrow night that pre-cleared into R space. Wondering:
- Within 24 hours can I change by calling AC or do I need to call travel agency?
- If I change and there is a seat in business will I get it or do I downgrade and go on the list?
- Can I change routing? I see direct is already sold out in business, but other options may not be.
I know that it’s fare difference if there is any.
Basically my kid doesn’t need me home in the afternoon any longer so I don’t need to be on the latest flights of the day anymore.
