To resurrect this thread: I have some KQ flights coming up (787 and 737) - it seems like the middle seats in the first row of economy are blocked. But I can choose window/aisle seats for free. Anyone have experience of the first row - are the armrests fixed or can they be lifted? How close is the bulkhead (I'm tall + have long legs)?
