Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress has always been a favorite of mine in Orlando. I actually was a frequent guest and the RC Team knew me and my preferences. It was one of, if not my most favorite part of the property and being a Globalist. Last year it was closed and I just booked another stay and was told it has been permanently closed. And this is a resort property whose RC was extremely popular. I would see the same guests during my frequent stays. Free breakfast is not a big deal for me but an open RC is a wonderful perk which enhances any stay.
