My usual approach is to see if they offer rates for a room with Club Access at the location I'm considering. That said, of the locations that I've been to in the last several months that I know used to have a lounge, GH Washington DC has the lounge open. Grand Hyatt Grand Central or whatever horrible new name it has did not have the lounge operating last time I was there. Most locations in NYC do not have lounges.

When I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, it had some doors that looked like they were once lounge doors. Peering in the crack between the doors, it looked like that was now a storage room, unlikely to turn into a lounge anytime soon. Breakfast there is a Starbucks coupon. Sigh.
