I'm still trying to parse PHT as a bad PH. I've only been to PH Seoul and DC, Seoul was newer, but the service at PHT - they made me feel special, even staying on points in a regular room, in a way that Suiran didnt - Suiran made me feel unwelcome. PH Seoul and DC were really also excellent service,, just not quite as refined as PHT.
