No Change from a partially used voucher?
I just got a rude awakening. I went to redeem a voucher for a trip on the Coast Starlight. I was going to use my leftover funds from a trip NYP/WAS. I just read the fine print and saw that once I use a voucher, any balance remaining is forfeited.
The funny thing is that I've been using an Alaska and United voucher and haven't had an issue.

Anyone have experience with this?
