> did not receive anything and had to aks for the FSPP benefits, not really agree that I received all of them however,
- have currently 2 bookings for the next period
> did not receive anything from the hotels yet

If I compare that to my Virtuoso experience
- made 4 virtuoso booking the least year
> not upgraded
> did not receive anything except for the Virtuoso standard benefits (breakfast and 100$) that were connected to the original booking

Surely I must be doing something wrong with Virtuoso if I read here that you should get an upgrade every time upon booking with Virtuoso, does this program also have statuses ?
Same with FSPP, what should I do to receive an upgrade upon booking here ?

Anyhow, I'm a really happy user of LHW but following this forum, I seem to be the only one , Important to say I only joined the program in April 2020 so have never known the old program and can't compare.
