I would like to upgrade my parents' EWR-AUA flight. They are currently booked into V and G.
Expert mode is not working for me (again), so I can't see what's available. Cash and award outbound are crazy expensive ($2200/240k pp), but the return is reasonable at $470 / 30k - these are to buy, not upgrade.
I've never upgraded an existing reservation before, let alone for someone else.
Is there a way to see how much an upgrade is, and book it for them?
