Room: Newly Renovated Premier King
Check in: Arrived at 245pm - our "regular" room was ready, not our upgrade
Upgrade: I checked the morning of and saw some room types available still including same room with strip view thinking we'd get that upgrade. Upon arrival I was told there was nothing available unless I wanted a Paid upgrade - I did get offered a Penthouse Suite for $200/night which I took. great savings but still not a free upgrade
Late Checkout: Left at 1130 as we had to be at the airport for noon
Breakfast Credit:Multiple properties, used at 3 different places
Credits: $100 credit for food and wi-fi credit
Comment: The upgraded room took 2 hours to get ready which wasn't the end of the world as we had planned on just dropping our bags and heading out to the strip. All credits were automatically applied with no issues.
