A very welcome addition to Marriott's rather meagre portfolio in the country, Moxy Belgrade is opening in March 2023. The location is fantastic (basically on the other side of the block from the Hilton) and, whatever one may think of Moxy, it's great that Belgrade is getting a youthful brand to match the vibe of the city itself. As long as they manage to keep the rates in a reasonable range (sub-100 EUR), I foresee a big success.
