When I booked for two adults, I was able to book all different room types but if I add a baby <1 now, I can only book suites (+200 CHF/night). I have experienced that only for this hotel so far. I am Globalist and usually upgraded to a Suite here...
Any recommendation what to do as I am actually not willing to pay more than 200 CHF/night for an infant here? Shall I inform the hotel beforehand or just come with the baby and hope itīs ok?
no experience with babies, but based on the generosity of this hotel, I can hardly imagine they would not allow you to stay in a regular room with a baby, unless it is a legal or safety thing. I would write to them in advance and explain the situation; I am sure they will provide a solution. I have had soooo many positive encounters with this hotel.
