Extremely annoyed. I did not receive this. I have called numerous times. Once told not eligible (I AM). Told it was emailed. Told it would not be mailed till 11/15.Recieved a letter saying it was mailed 10/5 and since I did not receive it they would send me another after I contacted them. Have called and been bounced all around.
I remember doing this ;last year and finally gave up/ Not giving up this year but getting extremely aggravated.

Does anyone have an email or a contact or another suggestion as to how I can receive a benefit of the citi card.

I may just go into a citibank and refuse to leave till this is fixed. Any one know anything about class action lawsuits. Any information would be appreciated
