It was not agreed yet.
But after talking with people with IB, there is unfortunately not yet a solution (at least not on the short term), that pictures are only included as small "thumbs" and will ony become large if you click on it. That means we moderators are back on the table to find a solution, which (somehow) pleases everybody. We are aware, that there are different points of views on this topic.
