Regarding upgrading with Avios, I’m happy to be corrected but I believe you must have a BA stock 125 ticket (as well as a BA prime flight code) which it wouldn’t be if you book via QR website. Also if the QR operated flight isn’t much more expensive, there is 0 reason for you to choose BA over QR unless you wanted more Avios/TPs towards BAEC.
Thanks - so what’s the point of them selling the flight with a BA flight number? Just to earn better in BAEC?
