Availability of QAPC chat function
Afternoon (or morning/evening), all...

I've been searching around for the live chat function on the Qatar website, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I thought it would be under Privilege Club > Privilege Club help, but only a phone number is showing.

Is the chat function only available at specific times or something?

EDIT: Suddenly it's appeared....very strange. Guess this can be ignored, then?
