Hi All.
I created my account about a month ago. Today I tried to book 3 award tickets (operated by Turkish airlines) for me and my family members. The app/website gave me the "First award ticket can only be issued under your name" error. So I went ahead and booked an award ticket for myself, and that went thru OK. But when I tried to book the other tickets for my family members after, I still got the same error message . When can I book award tickets for others? After my first flight?

I also tried calling their sale office, but to no avail. For some reason, the agent could not see any availability in his system. Their website and the phone app show a lot of availability. Any idea on how to proceed?
