I’m guessing that the OP is traveling on Friday, October 28, where the AA app is showing flight 730 departing on time at 700p, and the inbound aircraft, flight 733, arriving on time at 600p.

Something has to be wrong. Either 730 is using a different aircraft or its departure will be late, probably by at least an hour. (Edited to add: because 733 often arrives early -- it arrived today at 513p, for example -- any delay for 733 could be significantly reduced if in fact it is the same aircraft.)
