Greetings everyone.
My wife and I have an upcoming trip in November already booked on a single PNR (I'm 1K and she is Gold). Outbound is EWR-MXP on an L fare and I've requested PP upgrades, none cleared as yet. We just found out there is a chance my wife may need to depart one day later due to a work obligation.
We've talked about possibly needing to split the PNR earlier in the week so that I could still fly to keep our stay reservations and she would meet me the next day - is it possible once the split occurs that we can change only her flight and she would still keep my associated 1K status? Or does the change cancel that and the PlusPoints already requested?
