The aircraft had been parked at Dulles for two days. There is no reason that the cleaning crew shouldn’t have seen and resolved the stain, as well as these stains on the plastic covering behind your head when in lie-flat mode as seen in the pics below. Coffee-color stains on the underside of the overhead bins too. Just a dirty cabin overall.
