Most interesting about the voucher. I rarely have trouble with SWA and checked baggage, but on one flight from hell recently none of our bags made the connection at Love Field. We filed a lost bag report at LIT, our destination airport, and went on to our home, at a city about an hour from the airport. The bags appeared in LIT the next day, and we were advised that they would be delivered to our home but might be delayed a day or so. It was suggested that if we could come pick them up, it would expedite the process, and that is what we did. At no time did the baggage office at LIT offer any compensation for our trouble. We were just glad that we were getting our bags so didn't press the point, but in hindsight, a voucher would have made the experience a little less irritating.
