Yes, there are a lot of options for flts from BOI>BWI, just wondering if IAD or DCA would be better options.

From BWI we can grab an Uber into Baltimore for <$30.
TIA
PS Renting a car is out of the question b/c of high parking fees at hotel and the fact that we are leaving on a cruise two days after we arrive.
southwest hasn’t published fares yet. Bwi is a hub for southwest.

you can taxi/ uber …the rates are going to be $100 from dca or Iad Taxis will be higher because of traffic unpredictability.

there is a light rail station into downtown baltimore near airport ( bus shuttle)
there is a MARC train line ( Amtrak lines) that takes you to downtown baltimore. There is a free bus from airport to the station.

AA PHX is the ONLY red eye from west coast to DCA. Others do IAD or BWI.

DCA is an AA hub city so mileage rates can be higher same with Dulles and United. You might get better deals going to bwi months from now.

one way car rentals aren’t going to be under $60/day

you can do DCA then metro to union station then MARC train to downtown baltimore. Dulles metro station will be open then so you could fly into Dulles and take metro to union station

y metro DCA- union station on yellow/ red was about 45 min pre Covid. Union-BWI on Marc train is about 35 min. About 15 min more inner harbor.

be aware of what day youtravel…next to inner harbor area are the orioles stadium and the ravens stadium. There can be traffic problems. DCAby can goes be Fed ex field where commanders pkay so if there is a game or concert conflict you will have bad traffic
