FWIW, Live Aqua is the hotel that was given away as a prize a couple times on Let's Make a Deal when they won trips to SMA. It appears to be a Mexican chain, as well, as the latest issue of Travel + Leisure has an ad from them that lists their various locations throughout the country.
I remember it because during construction ( I think it was a different brand then) there was a really torrential rain storm that badly flooded the area and the hotel was pretty much totaled. It sat abandoned for awhile before Live Aqua took over and finished it. I love that Let's Make Deal did SMA.
