Having a house in SMA for over 20 years I never heard of it..... looked it up. I remember now when it was built..... probably about 10 years ago. It looks nice and probably comparable to the Hyatt. While the Hyatt was beautifully located...this hotel is a bit of walk into centro. The most compelling nearby local landmark is the Aurora....an old textile mill turned into a huge artisan market. ( a real special place in SMA known by designers, etc)
