I needed to call the hotel about something else, and I asked about that. I forget how the answer was phrased, but it was essentially that it's a real offer and if I could book it, I would have a suite. I went ahead and made the reservation on the web site without difficulty but later needed to cancel the trip. If I had a trip to area, I would certainly book it again.
