On a related note, Tokyo has re-started its Go To Eat Program that was put on hold for 2 years, which allows one to purchase credit for restaurants at a 25% premium (for digital, 10,000 yen of credit can be purchased for 8,000 yen; for paper tickets, 12,500 yen of credit can be purchased for 10,000 yen)
