I've never been 3hrs in KRK however I was forced to wait 5-10 mins outside for a place a few weeks ago. For some reason the Non-Schengen lounge is closed again so all the entry-level BArb pax were clogging the place up. That was the first time in years and hundreds of departures. Quite interesting that the funds from BArbs coffers do not incentivise them to open the NS lounge.
