Trouble redeeming points

It’s been a while since I redeemed any points so I may be doing something wrong… I have points I need to redeem as I only have 6 weeks left to use them. I’ve been trying to book a hotel but I’m not being given an option to do anything other than pay by card in full.

The hotel is showing the ALL points symbol. I’ve looked at different hotels in different locations within the Novotel and Pullman brands. I’ve looked at advance purchase and flex rates. I’m signed in. But nowhere is there an option to use my 7000 points.

I’ve never had an issue before, it’s always given me an option when I pay to use points. Any suggestions? I’ve tried on app and desktop.
