On my recent flight to Porto, the Inflight Lead said there were no menus for flights to Spain or Portugal and that menus were for longer Euro flights. It was essentially a case of going to every passenger and asking what hot meal they wanted. The couple behind me asked what the “starter” on the tray was which was met with quite a funny “I think it’s a cauliflower thing”…….
