I think it's the same answer as above, you should be granted access to AM by virtue of your inbound flight.
Given that Rwandair is not a member of OW, the connecting flight entitlement under the OW rules does not apply.
It would be surprising if QR's own rules are more generous in this regard (though I doubt there are many data points for non-QR departures ex-DOH).
