On landing bizarrely everyone was told to wear a face mask, those without were given the hygiene pack, which had to be opened to get to the mask & then pack discarded, what a waste.
Therefore about 50% of the plane whore a mask for 15mins & then took them off when we landed.
It was good to see all of the LHR ground crew including wheelchair assistance people NOT wearing masks.
This is as bizarre and as arbitrary as a farce would go! UK has done away with masks for as long as one can remember.
