No, you won’t, because as you correctly point out, those values are based upon the fare, and it’s not possible to know,
a priori, how much of the fare will be assigned to the United leg. “UA” in that calculator is only to be used for bulk fares (e.g., the ones offered by some consolidators / package vendors), and this isn’t going to be a bulk fare.
